Sometimes, I over trained and the injuries came along, that's why finding an amazing and trustable physiotherapist has been a game changer!  Dr Paula walked me through shoulder, knee, wrist and a handful of different injuries, leading me to full recovery and helping to prevent new injuries!

After my abdominoplasty I was very puffy and needed lymphatic drainage. Dr Paula made an incredible job. I did not have any fibrosis, the pain reduction and my recovery was quicker than the doctors expected.

I had many problems in my first pregnancy such as low back pain, swollen legs, bad sleep and anxiety. 

During my second pregnancy, I had lymphatic drainage and massage with Paula from my fifth month. It was the BEST thing I did. I had no back pain, much less swelling, normal work life and I slept well during the entire pregnancy. Paula also taught me very helpful  breathing exercises.

I saw Paula at Painfixlab at the end of November to address soreness and stiffness in my upper and lower legs leading to a compromised range of movement, especially in my IT Band, hamstring, hip flexor and calf. The soreness and stiffness persisted after doing a half marathon at the end of September.

Paula used massage to break down the scar tissue, help the muscle shortening issues and improve blood supply to the problem areas, therefore encouraging a wider and correct range of movement. She also used the cups, which helped the blood supply to the affected areas.

I was given a range of stretching and strengthening exercises to continue with at home as part of my routine.

Paula was very knowledgeable during my assessment and very proficient in delivering the required treatment.

My range of movement whilst running improved within a few days and the maintenance routine continued to keep all areas in a much improved balance so I can run and cycle without pain again.
